Project Management provides value added design and construction management, engineering and architectural solutions. Beside serving its international portfolio of clients, it is also the managing and consulting arm for the Group's real estate development and special projects.

Leveraging on the expertise of the division's international consultants, Project Management maintains a high quality of professional services provided to its clients.

With such a strong belief in quality, Project Management undertook a premier golf course development project in Myanmar, which was subsequently crowned the title "The Pride of Myanmar".

Other projects undertaken by the division include multi storey office and apartment building developments, commercial and industrial buildings, golf course and residential developments and a hospital. Our projects are located in various countries around the region, including Myanmar, Hong Kong, Thailand and China.
