PM Development takes on the role of developer for certain projects within Pun Hlaing Golf Estate (PHGE) which the Joint Venture (refer to Evergreen Condominium) decides not to undertake.
Project Management is responsible for all project and construction management within the Group and administers all the execution of development aspects for the group's real estate activities.
SPA Design is a full fledged design office producing architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, and interior designs for developer clients. It also includes model making. SPA Design's clientele includes related group companies and outside third parties with the latter being the majority. The majority of home owners in PHGE employ SPA Design for the design of their individual homes and bungalows.
