Lion Century Properties (LCP) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yoma Strategic Investments Limited and its principal business is to hold the development rights of residential houses and apartments of Pun Hlaing Golf Estate (PHGE), Orchid Garden (FMI City) and Evergreen Condominiums.

In the Union of Myanmar, all lands are owned by the State and foreigners are not permitted to own properties in their names. Titles of lease or grants are issued by the Government for various periods directly to the local buyer. In the case of PHGE, Orchid Garden and Evergreen Condominiums, the period of grant by the Government to the local buyer is sixty (60) years from the time the house/apartment is completed. From past experiences and practice, the lease is renewed upon expiry.
